Plumbing maintenance. Chad did an excellent job.

I put a maintenance request in last night for my bathtub. It was draining, incredibly slow and backing up. At around. 1:00 today Chad with maintenance for Knob Hill , knocked on my door. He was very polite and he went right to work. He worked on the plug tub for a little over an hour. He went and got a couple of pieces to change out the face plate and the overflow. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and it was neat and clean as if he never was here. He did a really nice job. Thank you, Chad.

Excellent work by Jake and Dave. Thank you!

Super friendly team and skilled. Jake and Dave responded quickly to fix sink that was back-up. They fixed it like new! Also, they fixed 2 blinders for my window. Was *great* Customer Experience. Apartment in poorly conditions.

Super expensive,starting paying 1,483.00. Now we pay 1657.00 the staff are rude, You can never ask them questions because they respond super rude. The internet is mandatory to have in the lease contract and is super expensive. We pay renters insurance with our provider, and they still charge me, even when I show them provide. The apartment was not in great conditions they don't bother to fix thing properly.

Very Good so far

Just few days as tenant now. Like their response on all maintenance requests. The staffs are very friendly and responsive. Looking forward to have a long pleasant stay.

Love my new apartment!

I've only lived at Knob Hill for 5 months, but already love the community. I live by a trail that I've walked and will bike in the spring. It is so quiet here. I really love how Knob Hill upgraded their kitchens with top quality appliances. The balcony is a plus. My favorite thing is my in home washer & dryer. The carports are a bonus, too! The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

Knob Hill Apartments

Knob Hill Apartments are the best apartments I've ever lived in. Okemos is a wonderful city to live in and the people I live around are not problematic. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
